Disney's Hotel Cheyenne | Disneyland Paris
The Disney's Hotel Cheyenne is a hotel located at Disneyland Paris. Designed by architect Robert A. M. Stern (who also designed Disney's Newport Bay Club), it is devised to create the illusion that it is a Western town in the archetypal Hollywood style rather than a single hotel complex. This is accomplished through façades and other decor inspired by popular representations of the American Old West. The façades feature the names of such Western institutions as "Saloon", "Jail", "Billy The Kid" or "Annie Oakley". It shares an area of Disneyland Resort Paris with Disney's Hotel Santa Fe, located on either side of a man-made river called the "Rio Grande". (The actual Rio Grande forms the border between Texas and Mexico.) The hotel opened with the Euro Disney Resort in April 1992. Around 1997, the hotel was surrounded by white "desert" sand and the streets were still largely covered in this sand, giving it the feeling of a quiet desert town. A few years later however the streets had been paved and the whole town was surrounded by pine trees. There is also a child's play area consisting of a wooden fort and three teepees within the town. Before the pine trees were planted, Hotel Santa Fé was clearly visible from this area, because they were only separated by the Rio Grande. Hotel Cheyenne is a 10-minute walk from the resort's parks and there is a regular free shuttle bus between the hotel and the parks. (Wikipedia)

Rock 'n' Roller Coaster | Walt Disney Studios Paris
Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith (Avec Aerosmith in France) is an enclosed launched steel roller coaster at Disney's Hollywood Studios at the Walt Disney World Resort and at the Walt Disney Studios Park in Disneyland Paris. As the attraction's name suggests, the coaster features Aerosmith members, Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, Tom Hamilton, Joey Kramer, and Brad Whitford. The Florida attraction opened on July 29, 1999 and is located at the end of Sunset Boulevard, an area of the park which also features The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. The Paris attraction opened on March 16, 2002 in the Backlot section of the park; it is currently the fastest roller coaster in France. As of July 2008, Hanes is the attraction's presenting sponsor. The coaster accelerates from 0 to 57 miles per hour in 2.8 seconds (making this the second-fastest attraction at the Walt Disney World Resort, behind only Test Track). The riders experience 4.5 G as they enter the first inversion, more than an astronaut does on a space shuttle launch. Both versions of the attraction feature five trains, although only four can run at one time. The remaining train is kept in backup while being serviced (each train is rotated out periodically for safety reasons). (Wikipedia)

The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror | Disneyland Paris
The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, also known as Tower of Terror, is an accelerated drop tower dark ride located at Disney's Hollywood Studios, Tokyo DisneySea, Walt Disney Studios Park, and formerly located at Disney California Adventure Park. Except for the Tokyo DisneySea version, the attractions are inspired by Rod Serling's anthology television series, The Twilight Zone, and take place in the fictional Hollywood Tower Hotel in Hollywood, California. The Tokyo version, which features an original story line not related to The Twilight Zone, takes place in the fictional Hotel Hightower. All three versions place riders in a seemingly ordinary hotel elevator, and present the riders with a fictional backstory in which people have mysteriously disappeared from the elevator under the influence of some supernatural element many years previously. La Tour de la Terreur – Un Saut dans la Quatrième Dimension (English: The Tower of Terror – A Jump into the Fourth Dimension), at Walt Disney Studios Park in Disneyland Paris, is similar to the version at Disney California Adventure, which used the designs for the Paris park to construct its ride first, when it was needed as an additional crowd-puller. When financial troubles hit Disney's Parisian resort, the attraction had to be put on hold. The attraction was finally green-lit in 2005 and was under construction in the center of the park, behind the La Terrasse seating area, by early 2006. Upon completion, it was joined by a new Hollywood Boulevard lined by faux movie sets. Unlike its American cousins, the Paris Tower was constructed using concrete rather than steel due to French construction guidelines and standards, at a total cost exceeding €180 million. The Paris version opened in 2007. The Paris and California versions were originally intended to be almost identical upon completion, but there are differences, notably the height of the building and the location of some rooms backstage, as well as other differences due to different construction and work regulations in France. The default language for the pre-show library video and the ride is French, but can be changed to English by the Cast Member upon request. The library video is the same as the American version, but is dubbed in French and subtitled in English.

Disney's Sequoia Lodge | Disneyland Paris
The Disney's Sequoia Lodge is a hotel situated at Disneyland Paris. It was designed by French architect Antoine Grumbach to evoke the atmosphere of the American National Park lodges built around the beginning of the 20th century, such as the Old Faithful Inn (1904) in Yellowstone National Park and others in Yosemite and other Western National Parks. The main lodge faces across Lake Disney towards the Disney Village and is home to many of the 1011 guest rooms as well as two restaurants (one of which specializes in grilled meat) and a hotel bar. Behind the main lodge are six smaller lodges, five of which contain the remainder of the rooms while the sixth lodge contains the hotel's swimming pool and leisure facilities. Surrounding the hotel are thousands of trees which were imported from the West Coasts of the United States and Canada, among with hundreds of Sequoias. The hotel opened with the Euro Disney Resort in April 1992. On September 8, 1996, dozens of rooms were damaged by a fire. Hotel New York | Disneyland Paris
The Disney's Hotel New York (565 rooms) is a hotel situated in Disneyland Paris designed by postmodern architect Michael Graves. Citing early 20th century Art Deco it was designed to echo the essence and feel of New York City. The exterior of the hotel itself is a stylised skyscraper-filled skyline. The hotel opened in 1992 at the resort. There are numerous references to the city's state of affairs during the 1930s, such as the Manhattan Restaurant which was based on Manhattan's Cotton Club, the displayed artwork from the 1939 World's Fair or the Rockefeller Center-based Rockefeller Plaza; a courtyard which provides a skating rink which is ecological (not needing electricity and water, synthetic ice), a flagship project of Disney to curb greenhouse gas emission. The rink is decorated during Christmas. Roger Rabbit Corner is an infant play area inspired by Who Framed Roger Rabbit. An indoor/outdoor pool with a jacuzzi and pool toys is available. The Empire State Club is where Character breakfasts were held. Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Pluto, Goofy, and Chip and dale appeared every morning. (Wikipedia)

Space Mountain Mission 2 | Disneyland Paris
Space Mountain: Mission 2 is an indoor/outdoor steel roller coaster attraction in Discoveryland at Disneyland Paris themed around a journey into outer space. Originally themed around Jules Verne's classic 1865 novel From the Earth to the Moon, the attraction opened on June 1, 1995, three years after the opening of the park, as an intended revival of interest to draw more guests to the financially unstable European resort. Unlike other Space Mountains found around the world, this version has a steampunk-detailed appearance, with a huge dominating Columbiad Cannon and a plate-and-rivet exterior, in keeping with Discoveryland's retro-futuristic theme and futuristic theme. It is the only Space Mountain to feature inversions and a section of the ride outside the mountain, that being the station and cannon. The attraction was also the first roller coaster to feature a Synchronized On-Board Audio Track (the first roller coaster to feature non-On-Board audio was Chaos at Opryland USA Themepark). The audio track was written by Steven Bramson and was in keeping with the Victorian theme. (Wikipedia)

Frontierland | Disneyland Paris
Frontierland is one of the "themed lands" at the many Disneyland-style parks run by Disney around the world. Themed to the American Old West of the 19th century, Frontierlands are home to cowboys and pioneers, saloons, red rock buttes and gold rushes. To build an accurate depiction of an old-West town, Walt Disney sent a camera crew to Frontier Town, in North Hudson, NY, to film a movie that was used as the inspiration for Frontierland, as revealed in the book, “Frontier Town Then And Now.” Located in the area that is traditionally occupied by Adventureland, Frontierland at Disneyland Park opened with Euro Disneyland in 1992. Unlike all of the other instances, this instance has an elaborate backstory concerning the town of Thunder Mesa, founded by Henry Ravenswood to support the mining of Big Thunder Mountain. This backstory also serves as the foundation for several of the attractions, such as the Phantom Manor. The land is the largest of all of the Frontierlands thus far, containing the entire Rivers of the Far West within its borders. Two riverboats circle the river here, the Molly Brown and the Mark Twain. Critter Corral was an old area of the land converted into Woody Roundup, a meet and greet area with Woody from Toy Story and Jessie from Toy Story 2. The land is converted into 'Halloweenland' in October, with many pumpkins and other scary characters lurking around every corner. Frontierland borders Adventureland and the Central Plaza of Main Street USA via Fort Comstock. In October 2008, for the first time in Disney history Jack Skellington and Sally from Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas made appearances as meet and greet characters in Halloween and Christmas overlay. They were situated outside Phantom Manor. (Wikipedia)

Blanche Neige et les Sept Nains | Disneyland Paris
Snow White's Scary Adventures is a dark ride at the Disneyland, Tokyo Disneyland and Disneyland Park (Paris) theme parks, and, formerly, Magic Kingdom theme park at the Walt Disney World Resort. Located in Fantasyland, it is one of the few remaining attractions that was operational on Disneyland's opening day in 1955 (although the present version of the attraction opened in 1983). The ride was also one of the few rides that was operational since opening day in Walt Disney World Resort, until May 31, 2012. The ride's story is based on Disney's 1937 film, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, their first animated feature film. Disneyland Paris' ride is basically the same as the current Disneyland version. The only real difference is a happy ending similar to Disney World's. However, in this variation, instead of passing the Prince waking up Snow White and then Dopey on an arch, all the Dwarfs, the Prince and Snow White are on an arch, with Snow White sitting on the Prince's horse and waving the guests goodbye. On the left side of the guests, the Prince's castle is seen above the clouds. The ride is also called Blanche Neige et les Sept Nains, which is French for "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs". World of Disney | Disney Village
The World of Disney is the flagship chain of specialty retail stores owned and operated by the merchandise division of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company. Currently, there are four locations that sell Disney products. The first World of Disney store opened October 2, 1996 in the Disney Village Marketplace (currently Disney Springs) at Walt Disney World Resort.[CDW3 1] At approximately 51,000 square feet (4,700 m2) of retail space, it is said to offer the largest selection of Disney character merchandise in the world, according to the company. A 2006 renovation added a small princess-themed salon called Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, plus a new children's merchandise area inspired by Pirates of the Caribbean and Stitch.[citation needed] The Boutique was moved out of this store with the Disney Springs overhaul of Downtown Disney in mid to late 2016 to Once Upon a Toy store, located in the Marketplace section. A second, 40,000 square feet location opened on January 12, 2001 coinciding with the opening of Downtown Disney District of the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim. Fifth Avenue, Manhattan, New York City On October 5, 2004, a third location opened within a three-story New York City (30,000-square-foot) space formerly occupied by the flagship Disney Store on Manhattan's Fifth Avenue as the rest of the Disney Store chain in the US was sold. The store closed on December 31, 2009, and the interior was dismantled on January 4, 2010 to make way for a traditional Disney Store in Times Square in fall 2010 at the former Virgin Megastore location. The rental cost for the location had become unreasonable and Disney had purchased back the US Disney Stores. Disney Parks merchandising department added another retail location, Disney Vault 28, its first high-end apparel store, which opened on October 11, 2006 in Downtown Disney, Anaheim. Kingdom Couture and DV28 were two new Disney brands created for Vault 28, which were shelved along with celebrity-favored designers clothing such as Chip and Pepper, Paige Premium Denim, Red Monkeyo and Tarina Tarantin. An additional location opened at Disney Village in Disneyland Paris on July 12, 2012, the third location currently in operation. The 1,400 square-meters (15,000 square feet) store was a part of a major overhaul for the village. The newest World of Disney location opened in the Disneytown area of the Shanghai Disney Resort at the park's opening on June 14, 2016, bringing the total to four stores in operation. (Wikipedia)
